You would be responsible for managing a fleet of drivers to ensure high on-time delivery performance and fleet profitability. You would act as the driver advocate toward internal departments to answer driver questions, driver concerns, and resolve issues.
Acting as a primary point of contact for customers, you would ensure on time delivery of products for customers by tracking fleet and communicating with internal departments. Maintaining customer relationships is the key to repeat business.
